connection to I.B. not working?

    connection to I.B. not working?

    Hi,

    I had no problem conecting to ib this am but now when I try to connect it says connected but I dont get green highlight or the connected"chime" and no data and in the nt acct. area there are no accts. simulated or real??

    Any Ideas?

    Uninstall NT via Add/Remove programs.
    Clear your internet browser cache via its Tools-->Internet Options-->Delete Temporary Internet files.
    If you have any old NT installers on your PC delete those.
    Re-install from our website.
    That will resolve the issue.
