IQFeed - no data feed today?

Although I'm connected okay (seemingly), no live data is coming through. This is from US Market open 11 minutes ago. Any suggestions please?

Please check within the Control Center --> Log tab. Are you receiving any error messages within this tab? Can you populate chart data?

Everything's fine at my end and in fact I've just spoken to technical support at IQFeed.

They tell me that they have a problem "at their end". They don't know when it will be resolved but they are working on it right now.
