Historical DATA not woiking for NKY

Hi-

I am trying to get set up to trade Yen denominated Nikkei Future- NKY on the Tokyo Premarket/open. I use Jigsaw trader, NT charting, and Kinetick data. Historical Chart data is not working properly to populate the tick charts and volume histograms. I brought up ES and it seems to be working fine. Please help.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)


Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
