Have to pay to use the DOM to trade futures contracts, either Dynamic or Static?

Hi,

I try to use the Dynamic DOM to trade Futures contracts, but was rejected, saying that I need to use the Static DOM to trade. So that means if I want to use the DOM to trade futures contracts, I have to pay (0.1 per side I assume) anyway. There is no other option.

Please send a note to "sales AT ninjatrader DOT com" with your request to use the Dynamic SuperDOM instead of the Static DOM.
