Missing data with TT's feed

Hi,

I don't have proper data from CME contracts data via TT feed from 0600 16/06. It only started after 11xx 16/06 when I connected to. What is the problem about and how can I import those missing data?

When I connect to IB for Asian Market Data, it's working fine.

Please try reloading the data through Tools->Historical Data.

I just done the reloading. Nothing is changed.

Try deleting that day's data then reloading. If nothing has changed then it is an issue with the feed data you are downloading and you will need to contact your data vendor directly if that is the case.

Thanks Josh. It doesn't work fine after deleting & reloading. It could be a vendor's issue, but I tried another feed from Zenfire, still have the same problem. Shall see if happen again.

Yes, there was a temporary gap in data.
