Live order vlosed by it's own

Hi,

I had a live order on the ZN market that I entered last friday. The ATM was set to Gtc.
However, today it suddenly closed by itself. The Account performance tab shows that the trade closed with "exit name: External".

My account is fine with the proper amount of funds. No one touched the computer. It just closed. The only thing I can think of is contract rollover (contract was ZN 03-16)?? maybe the broker closed it on its own??

Please advise.

Hello,
It is possible that your broker closed the order. Orders marked as External indicate that they were submitted outside of NinjaTrader. Most the time this is caused by your broker submitting orders. I would recommend to contact your broker's order desk for more information on the order.
