Strategy ScaleOut Help

Hello,
I'm looking to execute the following strategy with 4 contracts

1.Initial stop loss on all contracts at 6 ticks.
2.After 3 ticks has been touched, filled or not, move stop loss on all open contracts to 3ticks. First target would fill 2 contracts.
3. Second target at 6 ticks to close 1 contracts. If filled or not ( touched) , then move stop loss to breakeven on the remaining 2 or 3 contracts depending on if 2nd target is filled.
4. 4th ( last remaining open contract) as a runner

Basically 2 contracts at 1st target, 1 at 2nd, 4th as runner, and stop losses moved on open contracts at targets if target is touched.. filled or not

Please view the following screen shots. The first stop strategy will be applied to target 1 and the second to targets 2 and 3.
