failed to verify license

    failed to verify license

    Guys, last week updated 8 to the new one for the forced update, and it started bringing up the failed to verify license window up. So used previous NJ7 worked just fine. Today due to the force update issue updated NJ7, now neither works, both fail to verify license. Also, once started the connections for continuum and ib no longer exist in the availables.

    Have installed reinstalled quite a few times, firewall on or off doesn't change things. Updated, .net framework, updated that crl file as well, no help.

    Hello royrogers,

    Could it be you do not have the latest Windows updates installed? If so, please do so and subsequently check if NinjaTrader can connect to its license server.

    If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files for today. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email and send it platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, failed to verify license' in the subject field.

    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20160229 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20160229 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
