NT keeps shutting down

NT will not run. It was running ok last time I closed it.

Please ensure you are on the latest version of NinjaTrader. To upgrade NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below.

• Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/Advisories/Advisory27.
• Select 'Download NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.31' if you are on NinjaTrader 7
• Select 'Download NinjaTrader 8.0.0.9' if you are on the NinjaTrader 8 Beta
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

NT keeps shutting down

I installed the 7.0.1000.31 version some days ago. Is indicated in the About window.

I deleted the workspace folder and restarted and tried to load a CL chart and it closed down again. I closed it again and tried to build a NQ chart which worked with the indicators in the template, no problem. I do not know why I cannot build a CL chart using the same template. I may have to contact my indicator provider. What do you think?

Can you clarify - will a CL chart load with no custom indicators? Or does that also cause a crash?

Please try the following:

• Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
• Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
• Shut down NinjaTrader.
• Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > DB folder. Delete the sub-folder named 'Cache'.
• Restart NinjaTrader and test

Still not working

NT will not load after resetting instruments and deleting the cache file.
