remove connection

Hi, I downloaded the free version of 6.5 to practice SIM trading as I am new to this. I connected to my Ameritrade acc. Have not had much sucess with getting that to work. I would like to try Zenfires demo.
When I try to set up a new account connection with Zenfire I don,t see
it listed as an option.
I have tried to delete my TD Ameritrade acc first, but it won,t let me do that.
Whats the best way to procede from here.
Also if I import ensigns historical data files will they work with NT, thankyou.

Is this the same reason I don't see an option for TDA, if I have a Mirus connection? There are other seven options available if I try to add a new connection, but no TDA.
