Inadvertent order execution on chart trader?

I am using chart trader connected to interactive brokers ... when I clicked on the chart [I know not where] one of my buy limit orders was executed ... please speculate on what I might have clicked on or done to trigger this undesired order execution.

You can move an order on Chart Trader by left clicking on the order to select it and then left clicking on the price you want to move the order to

If you had the order selected, then left clicking above the last traded price, this would move the buy limit order above the last price. The order can then fill at market
