Error message after upgrading to V31

I get the attached error message when trying to run NT after upgrading to V31. This is only on my VPS, which is running Windows Server 2003. The version running on my home PC (Windows 7) is fine. I've disabled the firewall and checked the internet connection but same result.

I've also tried installing the latest SQL Compact Edition 3.5. SP2 but same result

At the bottom of the advisory...even says for WinServer 2003.

As Sledge mentioned, users on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 that upgrade to 7.0.1000.31 will be unable to verify the license until the file at the following link is downloaded and installed.

Save the file to your Desktop, right click on the file, and select Install CRL

Once complete you can start NinjaTrader
