I recently openend an account with Ninjatrader Brokerage and I am using the Continuum datafeed. Because of the slippage I was experiencing I wanted to check the quality of my connection. I contacted Ninjatrader support and I was asked to trace the following address: www.cqgtrader.com. Just to be clear: I do not use the CQG webtrader application. This doesn't seem right. Any suggestions on how to check my connection? My ISP conducted some tests and everything seems to be fine with my connection according to them..
