order cancellation

How do I cancel all active and pending orders? I tried flatten everything but that did not do it. Thanks for any help

Please right click in your order entry window and select the 'Cancel All Orders' option.

Cancel All Orders didn't work

In regard to closing all pending and existing orders selecting Cancel All Orders did not work as well.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20160216.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20160216.txt"
