NT does not connect to IB

    NT does not connect to IB

    I have a problem connecting NT to IB. Please find attached screen print. As you can see there are two messages "Connected-Interactive Brokers" in the bottom ofthe Control Center, but they are not green and NT, in fact, is not connected to IB. Also you can see error messages in the log. I hope you know what they mean. I re-installed NT and IB, but it didn't help. I have IB build 856.5 and NT ver 5.1.1000.2

    BCA,

    Uninstall NT, clear your internet browser cache and delete and NT installers if you have them on your hard drive. Then re-install from the website.
