Problem with ninja trader installation

I have downloaded the setup file for ninja trader 6.5, however when I run it, It keeps hanging at 336.16KB of 23.25MB. I have tried delleting the set up file and starting again. I get the same problem. I have tried installing on a different computer and I get the same problem.

Could anyone please advise.

Please try clearing your browser cache beforehand.

I have done that and tried again. I disabled anti virus and that didnt work. I restarted my internet router that did not work. I deleted all the temp files in the windows temp directory, that didnt work. I tried it on both firefox and internet explorer still the same.

Please try connecting your computer directly to your modem bypassing the router and check if you can fully download NinjaTrader.

Ninjatrader on Re-install gives red start up logo only

Hello- I re -installed since it was not working ,and was unable to remove one idem of "ninjatrader" under search.Removed NT program from control panel>add/remove etc. I get a long error message that list a hundred things and says program is missing something. This happen to me first time I started using NT and forgot what i did. It gets as far as that red smallish NT wondow that pops up when you open NT. WHat do I do? Thank oyu.

How do I put that trace file into something I can send you.

I dont appear to have the imputs required to "mail ".

I am not sure what emaill aplication you use, but you should be able to attach files in the email you like to send.

I suggest to check for an 'attach-button' and select the trace file you like to attach. If this is unclear, I suggest to contact the email application provider for instructions how to attach files in emails.
