Crash on Report

Occasionally Ninja "needs to restart" when I press Generate on the Control Center - Account Performance -- Trades tab.

It has occurred twice today.

I tend to generate the report after each completed trade.

To access the trace and log files, please try FTP. My mailserver and your mailserver don't seem to get along.

Sorry, I would not know what causes the problem.

I noticed that your probably are on Win 64bit. This is not supported. It make or may not work and potentially is causing this very issue.

Also: If the default NT mail server for sending support mails (Help->Mail to support) is not working for you, you could set your preferred server at Tools->Options->Misc.

Yes, using XP 64 ...

My mailserver logged a complaint "message too large" from your mail server after connection is established on prior support mail attempts.

This problem occurs fairly infrequently, i might be generating the report "too soon" or something along those lines. I will not be so eager to press "generate" and see how it goes.

Overall, I'm liking the Ninja... Looking forward to establishing a live session.

Not sure about the mail issues. The mail sent by Help->Mail to support is less than 1 KB.
