    Login failed

    Hello

    When I try to connect to my Dorman connection,it fails and it gives me the following message:

    "Login failed, unable to connect to the remote server"

    Is there any mainteinance or something like that?

    Same question here - any maintenance going on - cannot connect...

      Hello dvercher,

      Thank you for writing in.

      This message tends to occur when the CQG servers are down for maintenance, usually during Friday evening and through the weekend.

      Testing on my end, it looks like I am able to connect with NinjaTrader Continuum.

      Please, let us know if you are still unable to connect to NinjaTrader Continuum.
