NT7 WON'T LOAD DATA or CHARTS

I rebuilt my workspace and everything was working fine for several days. I tried to open a new chart and it wouldn't download the data. I rebooted the program and now it won't even open and load anything. NOT RESPONDING.

I need some help please.

I opened the control center with no work space by deleting the xml file. Then I deleted all ES data. Now it boots and is trying to load the charts but it still won't get new refreshed data. What's wrong? NOTHING LOADS.

Please try deleting your cache data and test for the issue.

• Shut down NinjaTrader.
• Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > DB folder. Delete the sub-folder named 'Cache'.

deleted cache. program opened. tried to open work space and charts came up but no data filling in. charts are blank.
