Chart does not open

I have the NT downgeloadet and have installed and the instructions in the Popup window to step 3 obeys, further I did not come, because cannot be opened of the Chart and also no error message appeared. The connection existed, was green contained the stroke "Connectect external Data" - but not the Broker FXCM.
How can the problem be repaired?

The External data connection is not what you would connect to.

Many thanks for the quick answer.
Now a connection with the broker could be produced and it opened of the Chart - indeed, in a separate window and not in the grey area of the Control centres.
How can this be probably repaired?

This is how NinjaTrader works. All the windows are free for you to arrange on all your screens as you would like. They are not confined/limited to a single window.
