ICE new Fee Per Exachange $110/m

Beginning April 1, 2016 ICE will charge user traders $110 per month per ICE exchange. Here goes away TF for a bunch of sim traders.

Wonder if Ninja will absorb this fee or will pass it to its traders.

It seems that /TF must not be illiquid enough, so they want to drive away as many traders as they can. Then they can get 9 tick slippage on a more regular basis.
