Test Email Not Working with Correct Gmail Settings

I cant seem to figure how to get my test email to send correctly, I have tried inputting the correct settings. Have used 2 diff numbers of 465 and 587 for port settings. Test email still will not work. I have attached the error message I am getting, please assist.

Are you receiving any emails from google in your gmail inbox?

If so, you may need an application specific password setup with your gmail.
