You can run the installer from the download location on your system. This is typically the Downloads folder. If you do not see it there, redownload once again and ensure to select Download, not Run.

Hi Dave
I am not sure what you meant. Can you be more specific? This crash issue is happening in an already installed NT7 in my system I have been using it for a while. It started crashing often lately in that crash log.

I apologize for the mixup. For the crashing you are experiencing, can you please upgrade to the latest version of NinjaTrader 7 (7.0.2000.31), and see if the issue persists after that? If it does, please send your most recent log and trace files to platform support, with "Attn: Dave" in the subject line, so that I can investigate the error a bit further.
