I keep getting this message. I saw in one thread that it might be because NT was running so I should uninstall and re-try, I did that and it still comes up... same error with the 'old" .30 version I can't get past the download, never mind start up

If I try and download the .30 version, it downloads but I get this as it tries to run:

The signature of NinjaTrader.Install.Previous.msi is corrupt or invalid.

Please try downloading the most current version, Release 31. Do you see the same result when launching the installer directly from your downloads folder? Are you able to bypass the message and run the installer as normal when you do?

I downloaded and it gives error setup message.
Do I ignore it and start installing?
Do I need to uninstall before installing new version?

Your understanding is correct, this notification can be ignored. You can run the installer from the download location on your system. This is typically the Downloads folder. If you do not see it there, redownload once again and ensure to select Download, not Run.

You do not need to uninstall NinjaTrader before installing the current release however please make sure to shut NinjaTrader down before installing.
