New update doesn't start

The 64 bit version worked just fine before the .31 update and now it doesn't even start now, What's going on? Should've stayed with TradeStation...

Hello Bud_Fox,

It seems something prevented NinjaTrader from properly updating such as NinjaTrader may have been running during the upgrade.

To resolve this please uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader. Following these steps will not affect your data, settings, configuration, NinjaScripts, Workspaces, etc.

First save your license key to a document

You can locate your license key by going to Help> License Key

Now exit NinjaTrader and uninstall it within Windows Control Center

Once uninstalled you can redownload NinjaTrader from the link below

http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect

Paste your license key

Select Submit

Download and then run the installer

Downloading and re-installing does nothing, still can't start the program...

My bad, found another Ninjatrader icon on the desktop. Now it works. How there's two identical icons I'll never know...
