error sharing workspace and template

Hello,

I cannot share any workspace or template of my ninjatrader ver 7.0.1000.27
I copy the file from the folder and I share to some friends and everybody say me that the file is made of with old versión but they have the same version.

How can I fix it?

Can you please send me an email at platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com that includes one of your workspaces, so I can test it on my end.

In addition, please send me the log and trace files for today, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach all files in your email.

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20160202 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20160202 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
