smtp setup

Hello, i have this message when i test my email:
error
Failed to send mail: Le serveur SMTP requiert une connexion sécurisée ou le client n'était pas identifié.La réponse du serveur était: 5.5.1
Authentification Required.

My smtp setup:

Hotmail:

Server: smtp.live.com
Port: 587
SSL: Enabled
User: [email protected]
Password" xxxxxxx

Hello gravdigaz6,

Did you click the OK button in the Options-->Misc-tab after you entered the information? If not, please do so and subsequently open the Options-->Misc-tab again. Now try sending the test email once more and check if the error persists.

i do that and now i have this message when i test my email adress: Failed to send email.

Can you please email platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your Config file and a link to this forum topic, so I can test it on my end.

You will find your configuration file in the directory below.

(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\Config.xml

Once located, please attach the Config.xml file to your email.
