Displaying targets and stops based on ATM before order is filled

Sure this question has been asked/answered before but couldn't find any previous reference so here goes.

Is there a feature/addon for chart trader in NT7 that allows you to view and modify (by dragging) your targets and stops before your order is filled. The current setup only allows you to do this after the order is filled.
