Historical Data for different instruments

Hello,

I would need historical data (monthly) for the following instruments:

ES,FDAX, 6E and YM.

The problem is that I need it let´s say from 1993 til nowadays (monthly) and in Kinetick (at least with the YM) offers til 2002.

Do you know where can I get it?I mean any data provider, I don´t mind paying for the data

Also, specifically for NinjaTrader clients we have a sister site www.portaraninja.com where I will be able to run off the data you need. It is normally $220 for each instrument from inception (1968 daily / 1987 intraday 1 min bar). However in your case I will see what I can do if you only wish monthly.
