NT7 and Historical Data Manager

[AnotherTrader]

I have some tick data files (KOSPI200 future) in my NT tick data directory, but the associated data does not appear in my Historical Data Manager. Please see that attached screenshots.

Here is the KOSPI200 tick data appearing in the NT directory...



... but there is no KOSPI200 data listed in the Historical Data Manager.


Can I do something in the Instrument Manager to make this data show up?

Thanks for your note.

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20160128.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20160128.txt"

Thanks for providing this extra information.

I have followed up in regards to this matter with our Support Lead. On our end, we saw this same behavior until we actually created a chart of this instrument. Could you please create a Tick chart of this instrument and let me know if this data appears as available in the Historical Data Manager the next time you restart?
