IB the price does not conform to the minimum price variation

I am getting an error on my chart when using chart trader for EURCAD
IB the price does not conform to the minimum price variation
I changed the pip value in options to half pip and in the instrument manager to .ooo1
seems to have solved it but now on the charts most of the ticks is showing 0.00000 and only when it gets to a whole # does it show the correct quote any other setting gives me the error?

Thank you for your post.

If you would like to display half pip you will only need to make this change within Tools->Options->Data tab->Quote currencies (FX) in: and will not need to change the Tick Size within the Instrument Editor.

Please set the EURCAD Tick Size back to the default 0.00001 then click Ok and let me know if you receive quotes as expected.

Got it had to change to 0.00005 to work on both fronts
