Rithmic and nt8

Hi,
I'm a nt8 beta user.
It is the weekend. I tried Friday evening and Saturday am repeatedly to connect on my nt8.
It shows a yellow circle on the bottom of the left.

All it shows is a yellow light. Though I had it working thursday and friday.
I went to
Connection>Configure>Available-Rithmic>Crednetials Connection name, Bar chart, Connect on start up. >OK


Is it my connection or did I do something wrong?

I can connect as of 8:00pm EST to Rithmic in NT7. Never tried in NT8.

There's usually maintenance on the weekend or stuff goes down for whatever reasons.

thank you for the response. My NT7 was fine and logging in fine.


My NT8 was not logging in, I was using my Live account information. Is that fine? It worked fine earlier, I just didn't attempt to trade live or demo, just view and use indicators.

Is there an error message generated when you connect? Also check the Log tab for any errors.

Also, what is selected as the System within the Account Connection?
