    Can someone please tell me how Ninja implements a simple logarithmic formula (with basis 10), this way transforming the numbers 99, 999 and 9999 respectively into 2, 3 and 4 ?

    y = loga (x)

    Hello fliesen,

    NinjaTrader would use the C# Math Methods: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/lib...63(vs.71).aspx

    In context to the question can you provide a bit more insight on what you are looking for here?
    You are asking about basis 10 but using 99, 999, 9999 as the results? And what do 2, 3, and 4 have to do with it?
    In the application (NinjaTrader), where did this question arise from?

      Perfect, your C# Math Methods link is enough to me (I only needed it for a calculation, but didn't know how to correctly write that formula in NinjaScript).
      Thank you.
