Mouse wheel fuctionality

Hi,
i noticed when i press down the mouse wheel a small data box is coming up showing information of the bar where cursor is above...and thats really cool....but could be perfect if the same action is enabling the Cross Hair the same time....please think about it.

Currently the hot key to bring up global crosshairs is Ctrl+G. Ctrl+R for the pointer and Ctrl+Q for normal crosshairs.
