Error on loading chart data

Hello, I have NT 7.0.1000.22 with Kinetick provider and when I connect ít, I receive several errors:

21/01/2016 9:03:50 Default Error on loading chart data for 'FDAX 06-14 Eurex': Unable to load historical data: unknown instrument
21/01/2016 9:03:00 Default Error on loading chart data for 'NQ 06-14 Globex': Unable to load historical data: unknown instrument
21/01/2016 9:02:59 Default Error on loading chart data for 'YM 06-14 Globex': Unable to load historical data: unknown instrument
21/01/2016 9:02:33 Default Error on loading chart data for 'YM 06-14 Globex': Unable to load historical data: unknown instrument

(This contracts expired jun-2014 them right now they don´t exist)

Note that I only use charts for FDAX 03-16 Eurex, the rest of instruments don´t care.

I have tried different things to fix that.

1. Delete all instrument in the Default List except FDAX 03-16
2. Reset Instrument and BD (with Kinetick disconected).
3. Delete all instrument cache and BD located in NT folder

After do that I connect again NT but the error continues to appear.


What can I do?

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, Error on loading chart data' in the subject field.
