FXCM Dynamic Dom Indices

Hi,

From reading the existing posts on the forum with regards to FXCM I was hoping I could get some further clarification regarding the use of the Dom for order entry?

A support staff replied to a post to say that on NinjaTrader 7 it is not possible however on NinjaTrader 8 it may be? I have NT8 here BETA version and currently it's connected to FXCM and I can see currency pairs data updating in the Dynamic DOM. Should I be able to see Indices as well? They are available in the list of instruments under forex but no data seems to be available? Could it be because I am in demo mode? Or should I be able to see the indices?

FXCM does not support indexes in NinjaTrader

To receive data for indexes you will need to be connected to a provider that supports indexes
