Possible to have indicators running on different chart timeframe in Strategy Wizard?

For example, could I build a strategy in the strategy wizard that compares values from the following 3 items all at once?

1. A MACD running on a 4 hour bar chart
2. A MACD running on a 1 hour bar chart
3. A Bollinger Band running on a 1000 tick chart.

This is not possible using the strategy wizard. You would have to manually code this into your strategy.


Here is the Multi-Time Frame & Instruments, BarsArray and the Add() Help Guides to assist you further.


There are built in strategies in NinjaTrader that demonstrate the steps to creating a Multi Instruments strategy and Multi Time Frame strategy.


To view this example, go to Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Strategy > Choose SampleMultiInstrument or SampleMultiTimeFrame.
