File template importing stocks

Sorry I am not sure what you mean with "template file". Can you please clarify?

You can import stock lists as per the instructions at the link below.

Could it be you request a text file with stock symbols? Unfortunately I do not have such a file on my end.

i thought there may be csv file template you can upload with additional stock details
For example how can you include the stock names in the method shown in the link provided?
this method only seems to import the ticker not the name of the stock

Unfortunately not. You can add a description/name manually in the Instrument Manager after the stock list is imported.
