    charts "frozen"

    NT freezing on me since Friday afternoon Jan 15. Meaning when I restart my NT and I connect to my account the connection is made but charts do not update or tick up or down. Meanwhile I can see that I'm connected because the control center is showing the inside level and bid quite active.

    I'm not even sure what the issue is I've never had it before. The charts are just not connecting and updating at all.

    Things I've tried:

    I reset the DB
    I repaired the DB
    Account connection has historical data enabled

    I closed my old charts and made completely new charts and it seemed to be working but when I reset NT same issue and charts were "frozen" again.

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
