Calculating all the costs in automated trading

Hello, I'm Marco from Italy. I've been developing and testing some algorithms for automated trading for a while now and I've come to the point where I think it's worth giving a try to go live.

I'm having doubts about what are the real costs that I'll be facing once I go live.
I understand that there will be a NT fee that can be either once per lifetime or monthly.
Then for each position I will enter there will be a 0,04$ to 0,06$ per 1K (at today's date) lot for each Enter or Exit (on order start and on order exit/close), so twice that for each completed order.

Is there any other cost other than my country's tax fees?
Do I get other costs depending on which broker I choose?
