Can't get Marekt replay data, or connect to FXCM

This same thing happened several weeks ago where I was completely shut out for an entire weekend.

You guys found a bug in your HDS. Apparently, it didn't get fixed properly. Please don't take all weekend to get it fixed again. I need my data.

Thank you for writing in.

I am able to download Market Replay data and connect to FXCM on my end.

I would suggest restarting your PC, modem, and router to see if this resolves your issue.

If not:

• What instruments are you trying to download Market Replay data for?
  
  
• So I may further test your account connection on my end, can you please send me your configuration file?
  
  You will find your configuration file in the following directory.
  
  (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
  
  Once located, please send an email to platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com with my name and a link to this thread referenced in the body.
