IB: Invalid user or password, or system not available(LoginFailed)

Hello,

in the last days I suddenly get the following message when I start the Connection from NT to IB Simulation (Not Demo) Account:
"IB Simu: Invalid user or password, or system not available(LoginFailed)"

In the past it worked good. I checked the username and password several times. I´m using recommended TWS884. I reinstalled both, NT and TWS and also tested on another computer where it works.

What could be the mistake?

I suggest to contact IB and verify if the username and password for your simulation account are still active.

I completely removed and reinstalled NT and TWS and now it works. I don´t no where but somewhere there had to be an error in my installation. Seems to be a sensibel part of the program.
