Rithmic Historical Data not loading

Dear NT Team, I am not able to trade combine of TOPSTEPTRADER due to lack of historical data on chart. I am able to connect to Rithmic and getting live data but historical data is not loaded on chart, even after right clicking on chart 'Reload All
Historical Data' is not highlighted. A screeshot is given below. You are
requested to take an early action.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Please confirm you have historical data enabled with the steps I have provided below.

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Account Connections
• Select your connection
• Change
• Next
• Historical Data-->Enabled
• Next
• Next
• Finish
• Reconnect

If the option to "Reload All Historical Data" is still grayed out please shut down your PC then reboot your modem, restart your PC and let me know if you can then load your charts successfully.
