Purchase transaction credits to use the Static DOM?

Hi,

I start trading live using the DOM (botn static & dynamic) but got rejected stating that "orders can't be submitted: insufficient credit on the NT account left to close open position(s)" and "transaction credit dropped below the pre-defined warning level."

Can I fix it myself or I need to talk to my broker.

Where can I go to check the amount of remaining credits and see the amounts used over whatever timeframe?
