NT Demo Account - No live data

Hi,
I have set up a demo account from data provided by NT / CGQ as described. Get a connection with NT Continuum and see data loading but no live data comes in.
Can you please help to understand why live data are missing, although the setup seems to be ok?

Hello Trader108,

Can you please check what NinjaTrader version you have installed. You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->Help (7.0.1000.xx). If you do not have our latest version (7.0.1000.30), please download and install it. You can download and install the latest NinjaTrader version from the link below on top of your current version. Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down when installing the new version.

Please enter your email address in the "Your Email" field and hit "Download Now! FREE to Use". You will now be directed to a webpage to select the NinjaTrader version (7 and 8 beta) you like to download and install.


Once you have the latest version installed (or if you already have the latest version installed), please reset the instruments. Start NinjaTrader and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab. Click Reset Instruments and restart NinjaTrader. Check if you receive realtime data.

If the issue remains, please tell me what instrument (+ expiry month) you have selected.

I have the latest NT version running (xxx.30) and after instrument reset live data comes in.
