6E charts distorted on CQG data

I have attached an image of the problem I am having. I have removed all indicators and drawings and still the chart is distorted after the changes made this week to the 6E precision. Please help.

Please send me your log and trace files as well as a copy of your database so that I may further investigate.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support. Ensure that both 'log and trace files' as well as 'database file' options are checked in this menu before sending the message.
