Backtest Data

How many years of backtesting data does Continuum provide for the ES and the ZB?
I was testing on the ZB on a renko chart and it only went back two years.

Hello,

On a tick-based chart such as Renko, this would be an expected amount of Historical Data. Continuum would only provide a year of historical tick data, but your PC must have some cached data stored on it.

Thanks for the reply. Would 3rd party data be usable in the Strategy Analyzer - for instance, TickData? Are there any 3rd party data providers you can recommend?

Provided the data was successfully imported through the Historical Data Manager, you would be able to use this data in backtesting. More information on importing historical data can be found at the following link:
