I'd recommend that you restart the PC, modem and router then try the connection again.

If you encounter further issues with this connection after rebooting please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need to review a copy of the file named 'trace.20151227.txt'.

I am getting the same error and have done all the things you suggested to fix it and I am still getting the same error.

Any other suggestions for a fix?
