Install Error - Vendor.DLL Error

Hi,

PLease find error image attached along with log file.

I have removed the config.xml as suggested here http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...ght=vendor.dll

However still wont open. I have also tried reinstalling but no luck. I have also checked permissions .

Please assist urgently.

Please ensure that you do not have any security software that may be blocking NinjaTrader from starting up. Ensure that your (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7 directory is added to an exception lists. Additionally, if you have backup software, please add this directory to their exception list as well.

If this does not resolve your issue, please email us at platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com with a link to this thread and my name referenced in the body.

Additionally, please attach your log and trace files to your email.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named "log.20151225.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named "trace.20151225.txt"
