I'm a forex trader that is relatively new to Ninja Trader. I'm using a SMA strategy and when I add a trailing stop the sma trades no longer initiate. Can you walk me through a simple way to add a 40 PIP trailing stop to my strategy that initiates from the beginning of the trade ?
